ADULT STRENGTH CAMP

Our adult strength class involves structured group training in a fun, high-energy environment. Our programming is designed to help our clients get stronger, move and feel better, and lose body fat.

Equipment utilized includes trap bars, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, Row & Ski ergometers, and more.

Classes are offered 6 days per week and last approximately 45 minutes from warm-up to finish.

While each class is designed to hit both strength training and high intensity intervals (HIIT) in some way, our emphasis on each day will be as follows:

Monday & Wednesday: HIIT
Tuesday & Thursday: Strength
Friday: 50/50 Mix
Saturday: 50/50 Mix
