Brett McQuilkin
owner/operator
Brett started Mac Training in March of 2015. He began his career at Ball State University where he was the assistant strength coach for the Ball State football program for two years. While at Ball State, he had the opportunity to work under the direction of head strength coach David Feeley, who has also served as the head S&C coach for Temple, Miami (The "U"), and is currently at Duke University.
Brett’s passion for the strength and conditioning field began in college. He attended Elon University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education/Health and Exercise Science and played safety and on special teams for the football program. Brett also has a Masters Degree in Exercise Science-Sports Performance from Ball State.
Brett married his wife Amanda in April of 2013. They have a little girl, Collins (born October 2017), a son, Brooks (born September 2019).

Bryce Wolfe
COACH
Bryce has been working at Mac since August 2019 and serves as our Adult Group Class Coordinator as well as coaching our athletes and adults in personal/semi-private training sessions.
Prior to his time at Mac, Bryce attended Vincennes University on a baseball scholarship for two years before transferring to Saint Francis where he finished his athletic and academic career studying Exercise Science. Bryce also served as an assistant coach for the baseball program at Saint Francis for one year in 2020 before transitioning to full time at Mac.
Outside of his time at Mac, Bryce offers hitting and fielding lessons. He is also an avid hunter, Braves and Notre Dame fan. Bryce married his wife, Tammy in 2021 and they reside here in Fort Wayne with their dog Doug the Pug.
